To give you the best chance of getting what you want we stock a considerable range and quantity of products listed throughout this web site. Call in for a look sometime.

Urgent Order Service.
If we can’t help you “off the shelf” we’ll ask you how soon you need the goods. If you’re desperate, we’ll offer to procure your needs urgently from one of our many suppliers. This is possible overnight if your situation requires, but usually within 2 – 3 days.

You pay no extra for phone calls or scheduled freight.
Don’t waste your valuable time trying several capital city sources to find your requirements. Because we know our business and deal with many suppliers on a regular basis our cost of placing an order is greatly reduced. You benefit by making one local phone call with no further charges.

We make sure you get what you ordered.
We check your order when it arrives from our supplier to make sure you get what you ordered. If it’s not right or damaged in transit we sort this out with our supplier. Again this saves you time and frustration.

Free supplier technical support.
Many of our suppliers visit this area regularly to provide us with specialised technical support. If you have a problem or application that is beyond our local experience we may be able to arrange for a visit from a specialist.

24 Hour 7 day After Hours Service 
Imagine it’s night time or a weekend and your machinery breaks down. If you depend on getting it back into action quickly, don’t wait until the shop re-opens. As a GT client you will be able to call one of us on the 24 hour mobile phone for access to our stock anytime. A fee does apply.

We Track Your Purchases So You Don’t Need To.
Sometimes you may need to replace something you once bought from us, but you are not sure of its description. If you have a 30 day account with us we may be able to help. All of your purchases are kept in our computer system. If you can give us a clue as to what you want and roughly when you bought it we should be able to identify what you need. If it helps, you could also ask us for a printed list of certain items you regularly use so you can keep spares on hand for example.

When you place your order ask about our twice a day free local delivery service. If you live out of Mount Gambier this includes free delivery to your local transport or courier service. A minimum value order may apply.
